About Joe
Joe is a Mental Performance Coach by profession, a Business Owner by practice, and a lifelong learner by nature.
With years of experience working across high-performance sport and business, Joe has supported world-record holders, endurance athletes, military officers, executives, medical professionals, and students. He is currently the Mental Performance Coach with the Wigan Warriors Rugby League Team, helping players sharpen their mindset, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.
Joe knows that high performance isn’t just about skill or talent, it’s about the mental game. Success can bring exhilaration, but also doubt, stress, and the weight of expectation.
His coaching helps people cut through the noise, build clarity and confidence, and unlock the mental edge they need to thrive without burning out.
When he’s not coaching, you’ll usually find Joe with a coffee in hand, reading a book, playing a round of golf, or out walking in the hills of the Lake District, recharging and reflecting.
